Dear Cape Cod Branch Ladies,

Your board met last week to set up programs for the rest of the year. We hope you can share in them, as we are excited about what is planned.

On Sat., Oct. 15, we will be car pooling to Provincetown. If you want a ride, please contact Christina (PreacherPoet@comcast.net or 508-540-0762) or chairman Linda Ohlson Graham (eoheavens@gmail.com or 508-247-7867). Our day will begin at 1 p.m. in the parking lot at the Provincetown Monument, where we can park for the day. Admission there gets us into the monument and museum for free.

From there we will walk a short distance to Art’s Dune Tours, where we will embark in dune buggies through the dunes. (Seven people fit in a buggy, so be sure to call Linda with your reservations). Those who do not want to do the dunes, may view the Provincetown Art Association nearby or walk/shop along the P’town streets. We will meet at Napi’s (voted one of the 10 best clam chowders by residents.) for dinner.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS BEFORE MONDAY, OCTOBER 10, with Linda.

Also in the works are a December holiday party and a late January “Valentines for the Troops,” which is a popular return gathering.

In the meantime, I wish you a beautiful fall with many colors in your lives.

God bless.

Creatively,

Christina Laurie
